We are pleased to announce that the KSPE Louisville Engineers' Banquet will be held at Louisville Slugger Field on Friday, February 12, 2010!  Slugger Field is located in downtown Louisville at 401 East Main Street.  The banquet will feature a social hour with live music, dinner, awards presentation and reception; festivities will begin at 6:00 pm.

• 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm: Social Hour with Live Music; Hors d'oeuvres & Cash Bar
• 7:45 pm: Dinner
• 9:00 pm: Awards Ceremony/Raffle Drawing
• 9:45 pm: Dessert Reception

Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets will be made available to purchase at the banquet for $5 each!  Winning raffle tickets will be drawn the night of the banquet.  Your purchase of a chance helps support the KSPE Scholarship Fund, which is annually awarded to a University of Louisville Speed School student.

The Banquet raffle prizes include:

• Grand Prize: One week stay at Hilton Head (dates TBD)
• Prize: 4 tickets to a Louisville Bats game at Slugger Field

A word about sponsorship: It takes a lot of time, effort and money to put this event together each year.  We plan the annual banquet knowing that we will not make any money, but because of the fellowship that everyone enjoys and the responses that we receive afterwards, we know it is worth it.  There is one thing that you can do to help ensure that we can continue to break even on our banquet.

By sponsoring even one of the items listed below, you are not only saving the banquet committee from going crazy the week before, but we also reward your firm with branding on our video, banners and boards throughout the event.

Submit Your Party's Names Via the Website

Once you know the names of the individuals attending the banquet for your party, please fill out and submit the Banquet Name Reservation form.  To allow time for printing name tags, please submit names of your party no later than Friday, February 5, 2010.
